Sharp EIT Solutions have been a partner of the South West Sydney Academy of Sport since 2022, as Program Partner of the Academy's 3x3 Basketball program, and the major print and IT solutions provider for the Academy.

Being an Academy athlete is a great experience, I have learnt so much on and off the court, and I have made so many life long friends along the way.

On the court I have learnt so many skills that have made me a better player. I have also learnt so much that has given me the confidence to get into coaching, and the development and support provided by the Academy definitely has helped towards my coaching.

Off the court I have learnt so much as the Academy has been able to set up heaps of educational sessions. In these sessions we are taught about food, nutrition and how to look after our bodies as athletes.

In the Academy I have achieved so much over the 3 and a bit years I have been with SWSAS, not just as an athlete but as a person in general.

I have been able to gain so much more confidence while on the court and learnt to become a better leader for my teammates.

It means so much to me and my teammates to be able to get the partnership support from Sharp EIT Solutions within the 3x3 Basketball program, as it allows the Academy to provide additional athlete and leadership programs.

The best part about the Academy is that with all the knowledge that I have gained from it, I can not only pay my knowledge back to the Academy but I can also give that knowledge to my local basketball club and the future generation of players who are coming through our programs.
