The South West Sydney Academy of Sport is proud to call the Ingleburn RSL Club, a Gold Medal corporate supporter of the Academy.
The Club is a sub-branch of the Returned and Services League of Australia Club, and the financial corporate partner of the Academy's 'Athlete Good Citizenship Development Program', via the ClubsNSW ClubGRANTS program.
The long-term goal of the Club is to continue to develop and remain not only an important part of, but a major supporter of the local community to which it belongs.
The Academy considers good citizenship an integral component in the development of any athlete, especially an athlete representing the Academy. And is working diligently to instil the following characteristics in its athletes.
To be honest, trustworthy and compassionate; to be a good neighbour and respect the rights and property of others; to follow the rules of law and protect the environment; to take responsibility for your own actions; to be active and valued volunteer in your community and to take an interest in the world you live in.
