Course description:

The training will provide the participant with the skills and knowledge to plan, safely conduct and evaluate exercise programs aimed at improving the health and fitness of clients.

This course also provides:

You with the opportunity to learn about ways to increase your own athletic performance through the study of the following units

  • SISFFIT005 - Provide healthy eating information
  • SISFFIT006 - Conduct fitness appraisals
  • SISSSTC301A - Instruct strength and conditioning techniques
  • SISSSTC402A - Develop strength and conditioning programs

Course outcomes including:

  • Developing strength and conditioning plans

  • Establish needs and expectations

  • Identifying healthy eating patterns

  • Conducting health and fitness assessments
